TENOSCOPY

TENOSCOPY is an excellent minimally invasive surgical technique that allows us to accurately diagnose tendon injuries that occur within the synovial sheaths. In addition, this technique allows us to debride the damaged part of the tendon and clean the entire synovial sheath allowing a faster and more efficient healing. We present a case of severe tenosynovitis of the common digital extensor that we have recently treated via tenoscopy.
